Happy Hour Guide

Living Your Best Summer Life, Part 2: Views & Booze – 7 Sky-High Rooftop Happy Hours

Happy hour is pretty awesome on its own, but add in rooftop views in an open, airy space, throw in festive cocktails…. and you now have Next Level Happy Hour. We live for the discounted drinks and bites, but we especially love the time of the year when we can do all of that al fresco. Check out these 7 spots for rooftop drinking.

The Haps: 1/2 Price beers, wines by the glass, and bites

The cozy rooftop is located at the end of a painted chicken feet path – follow the little footprints down the alley behind Belga and you’ll find yourself at the cutest gin garden. The happy hour menu features half price select bites (including Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Wild Mushroom Waffletinis, and Chicken Crab Sigaars) in addition to half price select white, red, rose, and sparkling wines; draft beers; and a featured cocktail of the day.

Enjoy your happy hour fare in various nooks and tables strewn about the intimate space – the charming atmosphere is perfect for date night or catching up with a friend or two.

We can’t get enough of the cute Cuban-inspired cafe and bar on 14th Street. The colors. The empanadas. The artwork. We could go on forever…but we know you’re interested in the happy hour. Head upstairs to the recently opened roofdeck for amazing views of 14th Street, colorful bar furnishings, and of course, amazing rum-based cocktails. Enjoy $6 drinks and $2 empanadas all set against the backdrop of tropical tunes – bonus: on Thursday nights, enjoy happy hour deals all night long.
