The DCN BBQ Spare Ribs are slathered in a delicious siracha-hoisin sauce that will have you licking your fingers. The steamed buns are all pretty standard, but we like the Asian Pulled Pork bun best. Our beverage of choice is the Sake, cause I mean you can’t go wrong with Sake, right? We’re not a huge fan of the mixed drinks as the options are only either Malibu Rum or spicy. No in between. Kirin Ichiban is on Happy Hour, and a great deal.
Our Overall Rating: 3/5
Points to DC Noodles for having weekend Happy Hour, but we’re deducting a few for the lack of umm… Noodles on the Happy Hour menu. The steamed buns and bar bites are tasty enough though, so it’s still worth a visit if you’re craving Korean fare. For drinks, we’re giving a few points for the beer and sake offerings, but again down a few for the mixed cocktails selection. During our visit, the service seemed a bit frazzled and bland, but it could’ve just been an off day. For Kirin and Korean BBQ ribs, we say go for it!.
